A proud Chicagoan raised in Southern California, Jace has built a strong following with his progressive style of Hip-Hop, which is often compared to the likes of fellow Hip-Hop artists Common and Slug. Writing and performing Hip-Hop music since the early 90′s, Jace has had the opportunity to work and perform along side of artists such as KRS-One, Surreal, Othello, Oddisee, Choice37 and many others. From his smooth charismatic voice, to his ability to charm listeners both on stage and off, Jace is one to watch for in 2009. His most current release is entitled “The Confessions of a Sensitive Pimp”, which is a mix/street tape that consists of popular Hip-Hop instrumentals that he “flips” with content inspired by his blog entries at www.thesensitivepimp.com.
