Meaning:

Acrylick constantly stresses that violence is not the key in any way. When we resort to violence it usually means we are out of ideas. That is saying that we are unintelligent people since we cannot come up with better alternatives. Do we really want to be known as unintelligent? There are many alternatives to violence. We must learn how to focus our energy into positive outlets. As this shirt design shows, using instruments and expressing what we feel through music rather than our fists is a better way.

Meaning:

Eccentricity is not bad in any way. You can look at it as just being extremely creative and living in ones creative thought. We need more of this in our lives. We are usually too occupied with what other people think, rather than expressing who we are and doing what we feel, we hold it in to conform. This shirt is an example of challenging the norm. Have you ever seen a girl like this walk down the street? I don’t think so. Here at Acrylick, we let you visualize what can be. Challenging what is frowned upon is not always strange; instead it may be quite beautiful.

Meaning:

Peace is not really peace if it is accomplished by violence. A “peace at any price” mentality really damages more than anything else. Peace at any price will always lead to war. This technique of solving problems does not solve anything. This is merely causing more violence. A losing side will become angrier, giving them a reason to retaliate with greater force. This back and forth cycle will continue. When pride is involved, it will continue longer, even though there is nothing worth fighting for. It will be a wonderful time when we get to a point where we can have peace without fighting. Till then, we present you this shirt as a reminder that peace is always an option. PEACE WITHOUT A FIGHT…

We are what we eat. We are what we consume. When we listen to music we are consuming beats and lyrics, mentally and emotionally. Ergo, we are partially made of music since we consume it. I know many of you can and probably will object this, but we don’t really care. This is one of the more lighthearted shirts in this series of releases and is supposed to be fun rather then serious. On this shirt, we display one of the most notable quotes in Hip-Hop History.

Making an impact on the world is something we should all aim for. There are many people out there constantly changing the world for the positive, but we hardly ever acknowledge them. These individuals don’t get the respect they deserve. Instead we are more enamored by the lives and accomplishments of celebrities and athletes. What have they done for us? Sure they entertain us, but have they done anything other than that? There are millions of people out in the world actually assisting us on a more dramatic level. Some people for example are our soldiers. They do what they do not to be known, but rather to get the job done and do what is needed. We at Acrylick don’t support war in any sense, but we have respect for the brave men and women fighting for us. They are heard, and if not, this shirt will make sure of it.

Meaning:

Music has a great impact on the world and also is a part of defining popular culture. It is wonderful to know that music has such a great force. This causes certain phases to come and go in popular culture. There was disco, rock, grunge, and what we remember the most “Jiggy”. We don’t know how this name was coined for this era of hip-hop, but it describes it perfectly just by sound. Since this is so memorable we decided to commemorate this era with a shirt design. It wasn’t the greatest time in hip-hop, but is a part of hip-hop history, whether good or bad. Thankfully it is now history.
