All holiday sales are final. Items purchased with discount codes or any on-sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled. (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)
Please note: If your item(s) was purchased from one of our Acrylick Official Retail stores, it must be exchanged or returned to that specific location. No refunds.
SHIPPING
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to ship orders within approximately 3-10 business days (Mon-Fri) within the U.S. and 3-15 business days for international orders. Orders placed after 1 PM (PST) may require an additional day for processing. During busy periods, such as sales events or the holiday season, U.S. delivery may take 3-15 days, while international shipping may take 12-25 days.
OUT OF STOCK
While we strive to keep items in stock, inventory errors can occasionally occur. In some cases, products may appear as 'in-stock' but are actually out of stock. These items won’t be available for immediate shipping as we work to secure additional inventory from our suppliers. When possible, we’ll include expected ship dates in the product description.
If no shipping date is indicated during checkout, backordered items typically return to stock within 2-3 weeks. Occasionally, production delays or inventory shortages may extend the arrival time to our fulfillment centers.
Please note: Backorder shipping dates may change in rare instances. We’ll notify you by email of any updates to your expected shipping date.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order.
WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order is processed, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.
DO YOU SHIP OUT OF THE USA?
Yes. All our International orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order.
Your package may be subject to customs or duties charges, which are determined by your local customs office. Please note that USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Acrylick Online are not responsible for these charges, and we cannot estimate these costs in advance.
SHOULD I INCLUDE MY PHONE NUMBER WHEN ORDERING?
Yes, please ensure that a valid contact phone number is provided for all orders, including those placed through PayPal and PayPal Express. The carrier may need this information in case there are issues locating your address. Failure to provide a phone number may result in significant delays to your delivery.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
While it's rare, packages can occasionally get lost in transit. If your package is lost, we will replace it at no charge. However, if the tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for items claimed to be missing.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
If you purchased a regularly priced item from Acrylick.net and wish to exchange it for a different color, size, or style, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us by email at support@acrylick.net before sending the items back to check availability and receive instructions.
All items must be in new, unused condition with the original tags attached. Exchanges are subject to current stock, and replacement items will be shipped to the original shipping address. For availability, please check Acrylick.net or email us at support@acrylick.net.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
